Sidonia

Patricia Rarick, who has been given the spiritual name of Sidonia, grew up in a Bohemian/Irish environment where her intuition and appreciation for nature were encouraged. A great deal of her time was spent close to nature and the Earth. That love of nature, art and her spirituality led her to Intuitive Counseling and Tarot reading. While pursuing her work in the arts and spirituality, she felt the call of Spirit and began her shamanic studies.  In 2005, her path crossed that of Bekki Shining Bearheart, LMT and Crow Swimsaway, PhD at The Gathering of the Tribes, in Virginia, and began her studies with them.  She took an intensive series of courses offered through the Mystical Attic during 2006-7, including Circle of the Ancestors, Opening the Shamanic Voice, Rooted in the Heart, the Elementals in Shamanic Practice series, and Dreaming the Journey. She completed the Intensive training in October 2007.

Sidonia spent some time working at Kindred Spirit and the Mystical Attic in Norfolk, Virginia. She now maintains her own healing practice in southeastern OH. Her accomplishments include Reiki Master training, the study of Astrology, Ordained Minister of Universal Ministries, performing rites of passage, hand fasting, weddings and Shamanic Healing. She is an herbalist, and a visionary artist using artistic trance for the creation of personal and healing Mandalas.
